The client

Charlotte Mensah is an accomplished hairstylist, proprietor of the Hairlounge salon, and creator of the Charlotte Mensah Manketti Oil product line. a role model for female entrepreneurs, stylists, and stylists globally. Charlotte greets a steady stream of committed customers to her salon, Hairlounge, on London's colorful Portobello Road, including those who have just entered the building and those from the business, entertainment, and political worlds.

The brief

I was asked to completely redesign the website in order to improve user experience, attract more visitors, boost revenue, and help customers find the salon and the products more effectively. I also had to alter the website's proportions, and enhance its appeal to customers while adhering to the brand guidelines that we've found on the site.

Landing Page

We revised a few proportions to fit the screens of most visitors, developed an interactive display for the product range, and added more call-to-action buttons to assist boost revenue. The navigation bar has also been modified to make it easier for customers to browse.

Product Page

To make it simpler for the user to add products to their cart for purchase or add it to their wishlist, we have introduced call-to-action buttons with icon-based callouts to the products. Additionally, we created a navigation mechanism to the page so that customers could choose the category they desired.

To enhance user experience, draw more visits, increase revenue, and make it easier for customers to identify the salon and the products, I was asked to fully redesign the website. For the landing page, I adjusted a few proportions to accommodate visitor displays, created an interactive product display, added more call-to-action buttons, and changed the navigation bar to make it simpler for users to peruse. I have added call-to-action buttons with icon-based callouts to the products to the product page to make it easier for customers to add items to their basket or wishlist. I also added a navigational system to the page so that users could select the category they wanted.
